Xactimate Scope Notes

Part of a complete scoping system is the room notes.  This simple form provides a framework for writing a more complete scope on a room-by-room basis.  This form was designed by an Xactimate estimator in order to teach field staff to gather the right information, thus saving a project manager from unnecessary driving and scoping time.
